Cunningham's Unique Gifts and Fine Collectibles

Located in the Emporium building in downtown Boron, Cunningham's Unique Gifts and Fine Collectibles has been providing Boron and the High Desert area with a unique one-of-a-kind gift shoping experience for over 12 years. Cunningham's Art Studio Is Now Open!

The Cunningham Store has recently expanded their business and added an art studio which features art supplies, painting classes, and the works of several local artists. Painting classes are currently being offered by Master Painter Susan Cunningham who has been painting for over 50 years and specializes in painting portraits and landscapes with arcylics. Susan has studied with several contemporary artists including Thomas Palmore (Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Elaine Horwitch Galleries) and Northern California landscape and portrait artist, Evelyna.

• Beginning - Focuses on basic brushes, care, loads, mixing mediums with acrylic paints and their history and basic landscape.
  
  
• Intermediate - Focuses on painting landscapes including water, trees, mountains, skies. Students will finish this class with a complete landscape on a 10" x 14" loose canvas.
  
  
• Advanced - Focuses on texture, precision and portrait techniques including eyes and hair on animals and people. Students will finish this class with a complete painting on a stretched canvas 24" x 18"
